These terms govern your use of Octi, operated by Truemium OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia). By using Octi you agree to them.
Octi lets you save content, understands it with AI, and resurfaces it for you. We may improve or change features over time.
You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Octi is for your personal, non-commercial use.
Octi offers an optional premium subscription (monthly or yearly). Purchases are processed by the App Store; payment is charged to your store account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings. Prices are shown before purchase.
You own the content you save. You grant Octi the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it back to you so the service can work. You are responsible for having the right to save what you save.
Don't use Octi to break the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Octi is provided "as is". AI-generated summaries may be imperfect. To the extent permitted by law, Truemium OÜ is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
You can delete your account anytime from the app. We may terminate access for violations of these terms.
